GenTeam is a private website operated by Felix Gundacker. GenTeam is neither an association nor a commercial operation or a company.

This data is necessarily processed to
• Protect the copyrights of the content providers
• Ensure that a user actually exists
• Constantly improve the database collection of GenTeam
• Constantly improve the services of GenTeam
• Send customised information

Notice: The password must be stored for the purpose of access to the website. It is however not visible to anybody.

Newsletter: If you agree to receiving my newsletter, you grant me the right to contact you by email. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time by sending an email with the subject <Unsubscribe> to Kontakt[at]FelixGundacker.at or  Kontakt[at]GenTeam.at .

The data listed above will not be passed on to third parties. You can view and modify your data at any time by accessing your User profile.
Upon request, registration together with all data listed above will be deleted. For that purpose please send an email with the subject <Unsubscribe> to Kontakt[at]GenTeam.at.

Any questions you send to GenTeam by way of email are also stored and will be deleted upon request.

Terms of Use

• You may search the databases provided by GenTeam for information and use this information for private research.
• Forwarding access codes or records found in the databases to third parties is not allowed.
• GenTeam can decline registration or block users without having to provide any reasons.
• Commercial use of the records found in the databases without the explicit prior consent of GenTeam is prohibited.
• Any (automated) data retrieval from the databases is explicitly forbidden.
• Researchers, genealogists and historians may use the information gained from GenTeam records in their publications, provided they indicate the source. For example, GenTeam www.GenTeam.at, Index of Roman Catholic Marriages Vienna, record number 12712.
• Any abuse of these terms or of generally applicable laws and regulations will lead to the immediate blocking of the respective user as well as to a report with the police. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.

As with every database, this collection may contain errors (typing or reading errors, etc.). Under no circumstances shall GenTeam be liable for errors of any kind arising from the use of this website.
